Rescue of Chia – A True Success Story!
Recently, near Yamuna Bank Metro Station, Delhi Metro, the enthusiastic team of Earthlings found a husky dog in very poor condition that was sick and starving. On investigating the matter, the team found out that the dog had stomach flu, and unable to bear the medical expenses, his owner had very ruthlessly abandoned him at the station.
Thanks to the benevolent and loving efforts of the team, this wondrous pet husky was treated for his illness, renamed Chia, and adopted again by an affectionate and warm-hearted family. Chia is living a happy life, basking in the love and care he rightly deserves, where he will never be used like a toy or be discarded again by the owner.
This incident showcases both sides of human nature, on one hand, there are heartless pet owners who do not think twice before abandoning their pets, and on the other hand, there are human angels in the form of true animal lovers like the Earthlings team, who rescue hundreds of dogs and work hard to find a second home for these voiceless messengers of God!

An Urgent Message!
Team Earthlings Trust urges the citizens of India to be firm and certain before deciding to get a pet. You need to realize that it is a lifelong responsibility that has to be fulfilled with love. If you do not have a true intention behind getting a pet, other than to treat it like a cute toy, then you need to drop the idea, as you have absolutely no right to destroy the life of an animal by abandoning it after a few years. Pet experts and therapists state that many pet dogs have become clinically depressed and some have even died, unable to cope with the sorrow of being abandoned by their human families.
Earthlings Trust urges people and animal lovers to come forward and support our genuine efforts in caring for abandoned and homeless animals by donating generously! With your active support and donation, we can save many more Chias so that these tiny angels can have a second chance at happiness.
Dive deep into the eyes of this beautiful husky, which speaks the language of love. However, her innocent heart is in great pain and seems to be asking, ‘Why was I taken as a pet by my owner when he couldn’t dedicate his time or effort to keep me’? ‘How could he leave me so cruelly in an unknown place full of busy, uncaring people’?
Yes, it is the story of Chia we are narrating today! This a heart-rending tale of pet abandonment, sadly one among countless others, wherein pet families abandon their pets citing excuses and trivial reasons for leaving them in railway stations, near the woods, near the roadside, basically far far away from their homes, so that these poor creatures cannot find their way back home. The callous and uncaring nature of many pet owners is often puzzling and strange. Do they have a conscience or a beating heart? Because no one in their right mind could do such inhuman, and barbarous acts of cruelty such as abandoning their naive and gullible four-legged companions to fend for themselves or die trying!
Imagine the plight of this husky, which was left to die as it was ill and weak. Fortunately for this husky dog (and hundreds of other dogs like it), team Earthlings Trust reached on time to shower their care, attention, and love and helped the beautiful angel become healthy and whole again. We also ensured he was adopted into a house that valued pets and made him an inseparable part of their family! Kudos to the relentless and selfless work carried out by team Earthlings Trust!
Dogs have been human companions since ancient times, these animals only know to love and worship their human families. Pet dogs are even known to give up their lives trying to help or rescue their human friends.
The incidences of pet abandonment are rising in India, where people love to buy cute little furry friends for their children or as a status symbol without realizing the fact that just purchasing a pet is not enough. You should be equally dedicated and care selflessly to love them back as they love us.
